Questions offices ask

Do you take purchase orders?

Yes. Add your PO number when you send the request. It appears on the order we confirm with you.

Can our organization order tax exempt?

Yes. Tick tax exempt when you build the order and we will ask for your exemption certificate before the order is confirmed.

Can each boxed lunch have a guest's name on it?

Yes. Send the guest list with your request and every box is labelled with a name.

Can we set up a standing lunch order?

Yes. Tick repeat order and tell us how often. We confirm the schedule with you.

How do we handle dietary needs for the team?

Every dish is marked gluten free, vegetarian, vegan or dairy free where it applies, and every tray carries an allergen label. Tell us about allergies in the notes.

How much notice and what minimum?

48 hours notice and a $75 food minimum. Delivery within 20 miles: $10.50 under $200, $25 from $200.

When do we pay?

Nothing is charged online. We call you within 2 hours, 6am to 11pm, confirm the menu and take payment by phone.
