Deliver with us in Albany, NY
You keep the delivery fee.
You keep the tip.
We keep nothing.
Deliver for the kitchen itself. You keep the whole fee and the whole tip, you work when you want, and you turn down anything you like. Pickup is one address downtown; the runs go out across the Capital Region.
The fee on every run you complete is yours. We do not take a percentage or a service charge out of it. Not now, not later.
Tips are yours on top of the fee, in full. What the customer tips is what reaches you, and the tip prompt sits where people will actually see it.
Drivers signed up with us see every order before anyone else does. The backup pool only runs when nobody signed up with us is online.

The part nobody else will tell you
We should probably not be your only gig.
Right now we are one kitchen. We cannot hand you the order volume of a citywide operation, and we are not going to advertise an hourly rate we cannot guarantee. You have probably been quoted one of those before.
What we can offer is this: we are open 24 hours a day, six days a week, next door to MVP Arena, through the overnight hours. Run with us overnight, on event nights, and on weekends, alongside whatever else you drive for. Every one of those runs pays you the whole fee and the whole tip.
We are starting with our own kitchen. Other local restaurants have already asked about delivering through us, and as that grows, so does your volume. Anyone signed up now is first in line for it.

Questions
Straight answers
Am I an employee?
No. This is an independent contractor opportunity, the same structure the delivery apps use. You set your own hours, take the runs you want, and are responsible for your own taxes, fuel, and vehicle costs.
Do you really take nothing?
Correct. The delivery fee and the tip both go to you in full. We make our money on the food. Your delivery is what gets it to the customer. We are not looking to earn twice.
How many orders will there be?
Honestly: right now we are one kitchen, and we are open 24 hours a day Monday through Saturday. Volume will be strongest overnight, on weekends, and around MVP Arena events. See the note below.
How far are the deliveries?
We deliver within about a 20-mile radius of 51 S Pearl Street, so a run can be a few blocks downtown or out toward the edge of the Capital Region. Pickup is always the same address, so you are never hunting for an unfamiliar restaurant or waiting in a lobby you have never been in before.
What happens if the food is not ready when I arrive?
Tell us, and we will fix it on the spot. We are the kitchen, so the person who can do something about it is standing right there. You should not be waiting on food that is not ready, and if it happens we want to hear about it.
Can I drive for DoorDash or Uber Eats too?
Yes. You are an independent contractor. Drive for whoever you want, whenever you want. We would rather be a good addition to your week than pretend to be your whole income.
Looking for kitchen work instead?
We are hiring cooks, packers, counter staff and shift leads. Those are employed positions, not contract.
