Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF BEING SELECTED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK STATE, 18 OR OLDER, WHO LIVE WITHIN 20 MILES OF 51 SOUTH PEARL STREET, ALBANY, NEW YORK. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. What this is

The 518 All-Nighter(the "Contest") is a contest of skill, not a game of chance. Two streamers are selected by the size of their verified following, as set out in section 5. The two people selected ("Winners") receive food, drink and delivery from Olive & Oregano for the 48 hours of the Stream Period while they stream the biggest game launch of the year. The Contest is run by Olive & Oregano. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any game publisher, console maker or streaming platform.

2. Sponsor

The sponsor is Olive and Oregano LLC, doing business as Olive & Oregano, 51 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12207, (518) 451-9912, info@olivenoregano.com("Sponsor").

3. Who can enter

You may enter if, when you apply, you: (a) are 18 or older; (b) are a legal resident of New York State; (c) will be at a delivery address within 20 miles of 51 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY during the Stream Period; and (d) run at least one public live-streaming or video channel in your own name or handle (for example Twitch, YouTube, TikTok Live or Kick) that you control. Owners, employees and contractors of Sponsor, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and people living in their households may not enter.

4. How to enter and when

Applications open Monday, October 12 at 5:18 PM Eastern Time and close Sunday, November 1 at 11:59 PMEastern Time (the "Entry Period"). To enter, complete the application form at olivenoregano.com/gamers during the Entry Period and confirm the conditions of entry on the form. One application per person. Applications that are incomplete, late, submitted by automated means, or that contain false information are void. Following, liking, sharing, tagging or buying anything is not required to enter. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

5. How the two Winners are selected

After the Entry Period closes, Sponsor will record, as of Monday, November 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (the "Snapshot"), the publicly displayed follower or subscriber count of each eligible applicant's main channel and, if given, second channel as listed on the application. The applicant's score is the total of those counts ("Verified Following"). Sponsor checks every count itself; the numbers typed on the form are not used. The two eligible applicants with the highest Verified Following are the potential Winners.

Sponsor may disqualify any applicant whose following appears to include purchased, automated or fake followers, whose channel is not their own, or whose public content includes hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, promotion of illegal activity, or content that violates the channel platform's rules. If two applicants have the same Verified Following, the one whose complete application was received first wins the tie. Sponsor's decisions are final. Potential Winners will be named publicly on Tuesday, November 10 at 5:18 PM Eastern Time, after they are verified under section 10.

6. The prize

Each Winner receives, during the Stream Period (Midnight Thursday, November 19 to midnight Saturday, November 21, Eastern Time): meals and snacks from Olive & Oregano's menu, non-alcoholic drinks (Olive & Oregano's own or the Winner's preferred non-alcoholic drink supplied by Olive & Oregano), and delivery to the Winner's address within 20 miles, in amounts and at times reasonably arranged with Sponsor. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is not more than $600. No alcohol, no cash, no cash alternative, and no substitution except that Sponsor may substitute items of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable. Delivery is made by Sponsor or by a delivery service Sponsor arranges.

7. What Winners agree to do

Each Winner agrees to: (a) stream live on their own channel during the Stream Period, using their own copy of the game and their own console or computer; (b) label the stream and any related posts #ad, turn on the platform's paid partnership or branded content setting where the platform offers one, and say on stream from time to time that the food is provided by Olive & Oregano, because free food is a material connection under Federal Trade Commission rules; (c) tag #OliveandOreganoAlbany and #OliveandOregano; (d) for the Stream Period, not show, mention or promote any other restaurant, food or delivery-app brand; (e) not show or promote alcohol; and (f) follow the rules of their streaming platform and the game's own terms. A drink brand the Winner already has a paid sponsorship with may appear if the Winner disclosed it on the application. Winners stream as independent creators, not as employees or agents of Sponsor. If a Winner stops streaming early for health, safety or reasons outside their control, Sponsor may end the prize without penalty.

8. Odds

This is not a game of chance. Selection depends on each applicant's Verified Following compared with the other eligible applicants.

9. Thank-you gifts

Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer a thank-you gift to eligible applicants who are not selected. Any such gift is not a prize, has no cash value, requires no purchase and is subject to its own terms, which will be announced with it.

10. Notification, verification and alternates

Potential Winners will be contacted by email and phone using the details on their application. Each must respond within 48 hours and, before being named, show a valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 18 or older, confirm their eligibility and delivery address, and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release. If a potential Winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible or does not sign, they are disqualified and the next eligible applicant by Verified Following becomes the potential Winner.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize each Winner gives Sponsor written consent under New York Civil Rights Law sections 50 and 51 to use their name, channel name, likeness, voice and stream clips they choose to share in Sponsor's advertising and publicity for the Contest, without further payment. Sponsor will not use gameplay footage of the game itself in its own advertising.

12. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue any tax form the law requires.

13. Food safety and allergies

Winners must tell Sponsor about allergies and dietary needs before the Stream Period. Olive & Oregano's kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, fish and sesame, and cannot guarantee any item is free of them.

14. General conditions

By entering, applicants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failure, the game's release date moving, or any other cause beyond its control affects the Contest, and in that case may select Winners from eligible applications received before the change or move the Stream Period to the game's actual release. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Kick or any game publisher. Applicants release those companies from any claims related to it.

15. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, applicants and Winners release Sponsor and its owners from claims arising from the Contest or a prize, except claims caused by Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete applications, or for technical failures. These rules are governed by New York law, and any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts serving Albany County, New York.

16. Privacy

Information on the application is used to run the Contest and, if you choose, to send you Olive & Oregano updates. It is handled as described in our privacy notice. We do not sell it.
